Subfeeders Were Installed

Landlord applied for MCI rent hikes based on rewiring. The DRA ruled against landlord based on landlord's failure to submit a Certificate of Electrical Inspection. Landlord appealed. Landlord had submitted a Certificate of Electrical Inspection to the DRA. But the certificate mistakenly didn't indicate that landlord installed subfeeders in 20 apartments. Landlord asked DOB for a corrected certificate and was waiting for DOB to issue it. Landlord later submitted the corrected certificate to the DHCR. The DHCR ruled for landlord after confirming with DOB that the subfeeders were installed.
