Registration Mistakenly Lists Master Antenna as Service

LVT Number: 11621

Tenant complained of a reduction in services. The DRA ruled for tenant based on required roof-door and front-door repairs. Tenant appealed, claiming that the DRA improperly dismissed her additional complaint that landlord had refused to provide a master TV antenna. Tenant claimed that a master TV antenna was listed on the building registration as a service. The DHCR ruled against tenant. Tenant admitted that the building never had a master antenna system before. So landlord wasn't required to provide such service, even though this was mistakenly listed on the registration.
