Tenant's TV Antenna Connected to Building's Master Antenna

Tenant complained of a reduction in services. Tenant claimed that the building's master television antenna wasn't working properly. The DRA ruled against tenant. Tenant appealed and lost. The DHCR inspection showed that the building's master roof antenna was properly maintained and in good working order. Although tenant claimed that her TV antenna wasn't connected to the building's master antenna, the inspector's report stated that it was connected. Problems with tenant's television reception could be caused by random atmospheric conditions that were unrelated to the building's daily operations.
