Tenant Made Irregular Rent Payments

Tenant complained of a rent overcharge. The DRA ruled for tenant. Landlord appealed and won. Landlord showed that tenant made irregular rent payments. In some months, tenant paid more than the legal rent, but in other months he paid less than the legal rent. When all rent payments were added up, tenant was, in fact, undercharged. So there was no rent overcharge, and tenant's complaint was dismissed.
