Tenant Had Portable Washing Machine

Landlord sued to evict tenant for having a portable washing machine in her apartment. The court ruled for landlord, and tenant appealed. The appeals court ruled against tenant. Use of the washing machine was a substantial breach of tenant's lease. It caused damage and constituted a nuisance. Landlord could get a judgment of possession against tenant.
