Tenant Didn't Notify DRO of New Water Leak After Inspection

Tenant complained of a reduction in services due to a water leak. The DRA ruled for tenant and reduced her rent. Landlord later applied for rent restoration based on restoration of services. The DRA ruled for landlord after inspection. Tenant appealed. Tenant claimed that the day after the inspection, water again was leaking into her apartment. The DHCR ruled against tenant. Tenant never notified the DRA of this leak.
