Tenant Didn't Comply with Nonpayment Settlement Agreement

Landlord sued to evict tenant for chronic nonpayment of rent. Landlord and tenant signed a settlement agreement in court. Landlord later sought eviction based on tenant's violation of the agreement. Tenant asked the court to delay the eviction and vacate the agreement, and tenant lost. He appealed and lost again. The court said that tenant didn't pay the rent on time during the probation period set up in the settlement agreement.
