Tenant Can Withdraw Complaint After Order Issued

The DRA ruled for tenant and reduced his rent. Landlord appealed. Tenant had complained about the same conditions in a prior complaint, which had been dismissed. Tenant didn't appeal the prior order. The DHCR ruled for landlord. In response to landlord's PAR, tenant submitted a letter stating that he and landlord had resolved the issues involved and that he wished to withdraw his complaint.
