Landlord Put Trash Out Before Collection Day

DOS issued a violation notice to landlord for placing a trash can out for collection on a Sunday. The collection days on the block were Wednesday and Saturday. Landlord argued that the collection days for the building were Monday and Thursday. The ALJ ruled against landlord and fined her $100. Landlord appealed and lost. Landlord admitted that the can was placed out on a non-collection day. The violation notice was proper.
