Landlord Had Proper Recycling Container for Mixed Paper

DOS issued a violation notice to landlord for not providing adequate recycling containers for mixed paper in the building's storage area. Landlord denied any violation. The ALJ ruled against landlord and fined it $25. Landlord appealed, pointing out that it had submitted a photograph to the ALJ showing two properly labeled recycling containers in the recycling area. One of these was for mixed paper. ECB revoked the fine against landlord.
