Landlord Gave Proper Notice to End Month-to-Month Tenancy

Landlord sued to evict month-to-month tenant after giving tenant a termination notice. The court ruled for landlord, awarding possession and back rent totaling $4,800. Tenant appealed and lost. Landlord gave tenant more than a month's notice of termination. And the lower court also correctly found that tenant improperly lived in the building with her son. The building was transitional housing for single, homeless veterans.
