Landlord Can Make Changes to Parking Lot

Landlord asked the DHCR for permission to reduce the size of an outdoor sitting area to provide additional parking spaces. The DRA ruled for landlord. Tenant appealed and lost. The proposed modification in services was reasonable and benefited all tenants. Safety issues and the continued maintenance of playground equipment were addressed in the DRA's order.
