Landlord Can Evict Month-to- Month Tenant

Landlord sued to evict month-to-month tenant. The court ruled for landlord. Tenant appealed, claiming that landlord had offered her a lease after serving a 30-day termination notice. The court ruled against tenant. Landlord's lease offer didn't revoke the termination notice. And landlord had made it clear to tenant that it didn't want to continue the month-to-month tenancy.
