Exterminator Service Provided on Weekday

Tenant complained of a reduction in services. Among other things, tenant claimed that exterminator service wasn't being provided. The DRA ruled against tenant. Tenant appealed and lost. Tenant admitted that landlord provided regular exterminator service. The exterminator came to the building on a weekday. Tenant claimed that she worked during the week and argued that the exterminator should come on weekends. Landlord wasn't required by any law or regulation to provide the service on weekends. If tenant wanted the exterminator to visit her apartment, she must somehow provide access on the dates the exterminator comes to the building.
