Extermination Service Provided

Tenant complained of a reduction in services based on rats found in her apartment. The DRA ruled for tenant and reduced her rent. Landlord later granted landlord's application for rent restoration based on the restoration of services. Tenant appealed and lost. DHCR inspection showed that landlord provided extermination services, that there was no evidence of rats in the apartment, that the exterminator sealed holes in apartment closets, and that tenant didn't want any poison used in the apartment.
