DHCR Inspection Contradicts DOB Violation Report

Rent-stabilized tenant complained of a reduction in building-wide services based on laundry room plumbing violations. The DRA ruled against tenant, who appealed and lost. Tenant pointed out that DOB violations reports listed the plumbing violations. But DHCR inspection found that the washing machines and dryers were properly connected to the plumbing, power source, gas lines, and exhaust systems. So the complaint was properly dismissed.
