Warrant Vacated
LVT Number: 14920
Landlord sued to evict tenant for nonpayment of rent. The court ruled for landlord, and an eviction warrant was issued. After tenant was evicted, tenant asked the court to vacate the warrant and reinstate him. The court ruled for tenant. Landlord appealed and lost. Tenant showed good cause to vacate the warrant. He had attempted to make partial payments before the eviction, which landlord refused to accept. And he didn't have access to money orders that had been removed with his possessions when he was evicted.
