Tenant's Daughter Can't Delay Warrant

LVT Number: 14700

Landlord sued to evict tenant for nonpayment of rent. The court ruled for landlord, but delayed execution of the eviction warrant against tenant's daughter because she hadn't been joined as a party to the case. Landlord appealed and won. Tenant's daughter wasn't a proper party in the case. Landlord could move forward with the eviction unless tenant paid the back rent due within five days.
