Tenant Repeatedly Violated Rent Agreement

Landlord sued to evict tenant for chronic nonpayment of rent. Landlord and tenant signed a settlement agreement in court. Tenant agreed to pay rent in a timely manner during a probationary period or else be subject to eviction. Landlord later sought eviction based on tenant's continued late payment of rent. Tenant asked the court for an additional delay of execution of the eviction warrant. The court ruled against tenant. Tenant appealed and lost. Tenant had an extensive history of default on rent payments, which continued into the probationary period he had agreed to.
