LVT Number: 18570
Landlord sued to evict rent-stabilized tenant for nonprimary residence. The court ruled for landlord. Tenant appealed and lost. Landlord proved that tenant didn't primarily reside in the apartment. Evidence from a recent prior case showed that tenant maintained the apartment more for storage than for living purposes.
