Tenant Knew/Should Have Known About Drug Activity

Landlord sued to evict tenant based on illegal drug activity in the apartment. Tenant claimed that she didn't know anything about this. The court ruled for landlord. Tenant's testimony wasn't believable. The police had found bags of cocaine, heroin, and methadone, as well as drug paraphernalia, in tenant's apartment.
