LVT Number: 13438

(Decision submitted by Pamela A. Koplik of the Manhattan law firm of Rosenberg & Estis, P.C., attorneys for the landlord.) Seven tenants complained of reduced building-wide services. The DRA ruled against tenants. Three tenants had withdrawn their complaint. One tenant had moved out, and the DRA wasn't able to get information needed to process the case with regard to this tenant. The other three tenants had signed an agreement in housing court by which they got a rent abatement for the same conditions.
