Tenant Gets Chance to Sign Renewal Lease

Landlord sued to evict tenant for not signing a renewal lease. The court ruled for landlord, and tenant appealed. The appeals court ruled for tenant on the condition that tenant sign a renewal lease within 10 days. By law tenant was entitled to a 10-day period to correct his failure to sign the renewal lease.
