Tenant Evicted for Counterfeiting Activity in Apartment

Landlord sued to evict tenant, claiming that tenant used his apartment for illegal business purposes. The court ruled for landlord after a trial. Tenant appealed and lost. Landlord proved through testimony and other evidence that police had recovered over 160 counterfeit items from tenant’s apartment under a search warrant.
