Tenant Didn't Pay Rent, As Required by Stipulation

Landlord and tenant signed a stipulation of settlement in which tenant agreed to pay her rent by the 10th day of each month. Tenant defaulted on the payments, and landlord asked the court for possession. The court ruled against landlord at first, but later ruled for landlord when tenant defaulted a second time.
