Tenant Complains About Wiring

Tenant complained of a reduction in services. The DRA ruled against tenant. Tenant appealed and lost. An inspection done after tenant complained showed that the kitchen light fixture wasn't making a buzzing noise, as tenant claimed, and the light fixture worked properly. If tenant had other complaints about a recurring short in the electrical wiring of the light fixture, she must complain to DOB.
