LVT Number: 9269
Landlord sued to evict tenant for nonpayment of rent. Tenant and landlord reached a court settlement, but tenant didn't comply with it. The court issued an eviction warrant, and tenant asked the court to vacate it. The court ruled for tenant, and landlord appealed. The appeals court reinstated the eviction warrant. Tenant didn't comply with the terms of the settlement agreement, and couldn't prove that landlord had acted in bad faith.
