Tenant Acknowledged that Landlord Replaced Electric Switches

Tenant complained of a reduction in services. She claimed that there were defective electric switches in her apartment. Landlord claimed that these switches had been replaced. The DRA ruled against tenant. Tenant appealed and lost. Tenant acknowledged in a statement to the DRA that landlord had fixed the electric switches. Tenant's other claims in that statement were unrelated complaints.
