Telephone Books Not Properly Tied

DOS issued a violation notice to landlord for not properly putting recyclables out for collection. The notice stated that four telephone books were left at the curbside without being properly tied up. Landlord claimed that the violation notice cited the wrong regulation. The ALJ ruled against landlord and fined it $25. Landlord appealed and lost. Landlord was charged with a violation of a regulation dealing with the recycling of telephone books and received proper notice of the violation.
