Reinspection Needed During Summer Months

Tenant complained of a reduction in building-wide services based on water overflow from an air conditioner cooling tower. The DRA ruled against tenant after an inspection. Tenant appealed, claiming that it was an error for the DHCR to inspect the building in December for a condition she specifically stated occurred only during the summer months. The DHCR ruled for tenant and reopened the case for further processing, including an inspection during the summer.
