Pointing Performed on All Sides of Building

Landlord applied for MCI rent hikes based on pointing work. The DHCR ruled against landlord, finding that no pointing was done on the back side of the building. Landlord appealed. The case was sent back to the DHCR, and landlord won. Landlord was allowed to submit additional documentation supporting its claim. DHCR inspection also verified that pointing had been done on the back side of the building.
