Nonpaying Tenant Restored to Possession

Landlord sued to evict tenant for nonpayment of rent. The court ruled for landlord, and tenant was evicted. Tenant then asked the court to reconsider its decision based on new facts. Tenant had just discovered that DSS funds were available to pay her back rent before her eviction. And tenant had a 15 year old son. The court ruled for tenant and ordered that she be restored to possession of the apartment.
