No Proof of Electrical Interference

Tenant complained of a reduction in services. She claimed that the electrical outlet in the living room was loose and that electrical appliances operated with electrical interference. The DRA ruled against tenant. Tenant appealed and lost. The DHCR's inspector found no electrical interference in the apartment when appliances were in use. Landlord also sent an electrician, who found no problems.
