Loose Mailbox Door

Tenant complained of a reduction in services based on several conditions, including a loose mailbox door. The DRA ruled for tenant. Landlord appealed, claiming that the mailbox door condition was minor and didn't warrant a rent reduction. The DHCR ruled against landlord. An inspection showed that the mailbox door was loose and bent and that the door wasn't secure. This wasn't a minor condition.
