Loft Tenant Evicted for Overcharging Roommates

Landlord sued to evict loft tenant for overcharging tenant's roommates. Landlord claimed that this was an incurable lease violation. The court ruled for landlord. It found that tenant, who was covered by the Loft Law, was subject to the Rent Stabilization Code provision that barred tenant from charging roommates more than their proportional share of rent.
