Landlord Repaired Roof

Tenant complained of a reduction in services. The DRA ruled for tenant and reduced her rent based on peeling paint and plaster and water staining the walls. Landlord later applied for rent restoration after making repairs. The DRA ruled for landlord. Tenant appealed, claiming that landlord hadn't repaired the roof that had caused the water damage in her apartment. The DHCR ruled against tenant. Landlord had submitted invoices showing roof repair work and plastering and painting of tenant's apartment. A reinspection showed that the peeling paint and plaster and the water stains in tenant's apartment were corrected.
