Landlord Repaired Bathroom Sink and Living Room Floor

Tenant complained of a reduction in services. The DRA ruled for tenant and reduced his rent. Landlord later applied for rent restoration based on restoration of services. The DRA ruled for landlord. Tenant appealed and lost. An inspection showed that landlord had made the required repairs to the bathroom sink and living room floor. Any additional service complaints tenant now made weren't raised in the prior case, so they couldn't be considered here.
