Landlord Repaired Kitchen Cabinet

(Decision submitted by Jack Kuttner of the Manhattan law firm of Kucker Kraus & Bruh, attorneys for the landlord) Tenant complained of reduced services. The DRA ruled for tenant, and cut his rent based on findings that kitchen and bathroom sink faucets leaked and that the kitchen cabinet catches were broken. Landlord appealed, pointing out that a DHCR inspection showed that these conditions were repaired. The DHCR ruled for landlord.
