Landlord Providing Janitorial Services

The DRA ruled against tenants and dismissed their complaint. Tenants appealed, complaining again that janitorial services weren't being provided. The DHCR ruled against tenants. An inspection had showed that the front of the building was swept and washed.

The DRA ruled against tenants and dismissed their complaint. Tenants appealed, complaining again that janitorial services weren't being provided. The DHCR ruled against tenants. An inspection had showed that the front of the building was swept and washed. The inspector also reported that the rear courtyard was clean, as was the entrance vestibule floor, the building's entrance windows, lobby area, lobby windows, public areas, floors, halls, stairs, and elevator.
