Landlord Paid for Work on Installment Basis

Landlord applied for MCI rent hikes based on various installations. The DRA ruled against landlord for lack of sufficient proof of payment. Landlord appealed and won. Landlord showed that he made installment payments for the work and that some of the payments were made after the work was done. Landlord proved payment for the MCI.
