Landlord of HUD Unit Didn't Send Termination Notice

Landlord sued to evict HUD tenant for nonpayment of utility charges. Tenant claimed that landlord didn't serve proper notices. The Nassau County court ruled against landlord. To comply with the Section 8 Housing Program, landlord should have served tenant with a written termination notice before the proceeding. Landlord's petition was dismissed.
