Landlord Certified Correction on Time

The Fire Department issued a violation notice to landlord based on a hole found in a fireproof boiler room ceiling. The ALJ fined landlord $100, and landlord appealed. Landlord showed that it had corrected the violation within 35 days and had filed a certification of correction on time with the Fire Department. ECB ruled for landlord and revoked the fine based on landlord's timely correction and certification of the violation.
