Landlord Can Get Apartment for Use by Son

Landlord sued to evict rent-stabilized tenant to recover apartment for her son's use as a primary residence. The court ruled for landlord, and tenant appealed and lost. Landlord proved at trial that she had the good faith intent to use the apartment for her son's residence.
