Illegal Drugs in Tenant's Apartment

Landlord NYCHA terminated tenancy after drugs were found in tenant's apartment. Tenant appealed this decision. The court ruled against tenant. The decision was fair. Police with a search warrant found a bag with heroin in tenant's bedroom, along with another bag containing 50 to 100 Ziploc bags. NYCHA had presented believable testimony that tenant had illegal drugs in her apartment.
