Illegal Drug Activity at Apartment

Landlord sued to evict tenant for illegal drug activity in another apartment at tenant's building. An undercover police officer testified in court about one incident in which he was led to an apartment by another person. Tenant was in the apartment and sold the officer three nickel bags of crack cocaine. Tenant claimed that this isolated incident didn't constitute an illegal business. The court ruled for landlord.
