Glass in Front Door Missing for Three Days

Glass in the transom over the front door was missing, and the inspector noted that people could climb through the opening and gain access to the building. Landlord claimed that the glass was missing for only three days. As soon as the glass broke, she ordered new glass. The ALJ ruled against landlord and fined her $180. Landlord appealed and won. Landlord showed that repairs were underway at the time the violation notice was issued.
