Elevator Service Working at Time of Inspection

Rent-stabilized tenant complained of a reduction in building-wide services. The DRA ruled against tenant, who appealed and lost. Tenant claimed that rent should be reduced because there was no elevator from March 8 - May 21, 2011. But the elevator was in good working order at the time of DHCR's inspection and there were no DOB violations for defective elevator service. The complaint was properly dismissed.
