Elevator Working at Time of DHCR Inspection

Tenants complained of a reduction in building-wide services. They claimed that the building's elevator was out of service. The DRA ruled against tenants, who appealed and lost. Tenants claimed that the elevator still wasn't working. But at the time of DHCR inspection on June 29, 2012, the elevator was working. Tenants could file a new complaint if there are new defects in service.
