Electrical Work Done in Connection with Security System

Landlord applied for MCI rent hikes based on rewiring for a security system. The DRA ruled against landlord. Landlord appealed and won. Landlord did the rewiring in connection with a new security system. Landlord filed for the rewiring separately, instead of including this item in its application for the security system MCI. Although landlord should have filed for both together, the work clearly was done in connection with the security system and qualified as an MCI.
