DRA Miscalculated Rent

Tenant complained of a rent overcharge. The DRA ruled for tenant, finding a total overcharge of $582. Landlord appealed, claiming the DRA made a calculation error. The DHCR ruled for landlord. The DRA didn't credit landlord with the 1 percent stabilizer rent increase under Rent Guideline No. 3. The DRA also used an incorrect figure in adding an MCI rent increase. After recalculating, there was only a $150 overcharge.
